In college, I created a social campaign that consisted of a digital poster series to educate daily makeup and cosmetic users about the toxic ingredients in their products. Ingredients such as parabens, talc, retinyl palmitate, and formaldehyde are commonly used in the makeup industry and are all known to be carcinogenic. Each poster is a video that features a 3D rendering of a lipstick that I created using Spline, a 3D design software. The lipstick becomes a playful character with arms and legs that highlight some of the toxic ingredients in certain products. My goal for this poster series is to inspire users to change their lifestyles and for them to curate products that are not detrimental to their health.
